I had my Cayenne serviced today and I received a ride to work (@ Microsoft) from one of your shuttle drivers, Mr. Butch McGuire. I just wanted to pass along some positive feedback. I was positively impressed by Butch’s genuine care for his customers, his positive approach to his job, and the high regard in which he holds your company. He is just thrilled to be doing his job, to work at Barrier, and to have the opportunity to interface with so many folks in the local area. Our conversation brightened the start of my day, so I wanted to share my thoughts with you.
Keep up the great work on maintaining high levels of focus on customer service by hiring folks like Butch who truly care about customers and want to make a difference.

I want to thank the team at Barrier Motors for the excellent treatment afforded to me recently, concerning the Porsche GT3RS that I had just bought from you. It had 1400 miles on it, an almost-new car, but still classified as a used car, and I bought it “As Is”. After a week, I noticed some small damage to a rear brake rotor, a chip, which was not apparent at your safety inspection, damage cause uncertain.
I know you were not legally obliged to replace the rotor at your cost,which was not covered by Porsche warranty, but you have agreed to do so without any arguement, an expensive part to replace. So, I am very impressed with Barrier, and will continue to be a good customer. I have bought 3 cars from Stephen, and would strongly recommend Barrier as a thoroughly reliable Porsche Dealership.Thanks again to Kjell,Jeff, Gary, and Stephen for your consideration.
